This product currently contains methylisothiazolinone as a preservative. This preservative allows the Dish Soap to be deemed SAFER CHOICE by EPA standards. We, at Boulder Clean, are committed to evaluating new preservatives as they are developed which provide good micro efficacy and will replace the isothiazolinone when there is a valid and high performing alternative.
